Attended transfer instructions on Microsip Windows softphone:


- Disable "Single call mode" in the "settings" tab


- When on a call, put the original call on hold, place a call to the extension you desire in order to announce;

- Hang up the new call to the extension after announcing;

- Press "transfer" and dial the desired extension you want to transfer the original call to
