1. Login to your OCS
  2. Navigate to the PBX tab - Monitoring (or "Recordings")
  3. Filter through your call recordings by clicking on Show Filter, applying the Start/End Date and Search criteria filters, and clicking Show
  4. To play back or download a recording, click the Listen or Download links




Notes:

Call monitoring lists can also be downloaded in CSV, Spreadsheet, or PDF by clicking on the Download dropdown menu (blue arrow) and selecting the required format

Recordings are stored in WAV format for 24 hours before being compressed to MP3 format. After this conversion, recordings will not play within the OCS and can only be downloaded
