How do I access my call history and call costs/billing (itemized billing)?

The instructions below are intended for users on OTHOS TELECOM phone system ONLY, and may not be applicable for devices on other platforms. For more information on using our services, please visit our website www.voipeasy.co.za or give us a call on 021 673 6801.  


With Othos, you have an exclusive Control Panel, there you can find the details of your number, purchase credits and download your call history.


1. Navigate to the Client Area – voip.othos.co.za – and sign in

2. Click on the Call History tab

3. From here, apply the Date, Destination, Location and Othos Number filters

4. After loading, filtered calls can be seen at the bottom of page, along with their costs

5. Click Download CSV to download the report in CSV format


With the .csv file, you can open on Excel and run your own reports, filter per number, etc.
