To allow the users easier access to it, you will need to enable the "Remote Phone Book" feature under the Directory on the phones following the below instructions:
1. Log into the phone. (use the phone's IP address)
The username and password will be the extension of the phone.
e.g, on extension 3111:
Username: 3111
Password 3111
2. Navigate to Directory > Settings.
3. Enable "Remote phone book" under "Directory"
4. Enable "Remote phone book" under "Search source list in dialling"
5. Confirm the change.
