Changing the Ring Tone on Yealink Deskphones

Ring tones are used to indicate incoming calls. You can select different ring tones to distinguish the accounts or to distinguish your phone from your neighbor’s. 

To select a ring tone for the phone: 

1. Press Menu. 2. Select Settings->Basic ->RingTones.  3. Press Up or Down to select the desired ring tone.  4. Press OK to accept the change.
