How to transfer a call - General

Blind/Unattended Transfer

1. Answer the call.

2. Press "transfer" or equivalent during a call. The call will be placed on hold.

3 Enter the extensions you want to transfer to (i.e. 101) and press "transfer" again.

The call will be transferred immediately to the desired extension/number.

Attended Transfer

1. Answer the call.

2. Press "transfer" or equivalent during a call. The call will be placed on hold.

3. Enter the number you want to transfer to, and then press "send" or equivalent. 

4. The phone of the person you want to transfer the call to will ring and you can announce the transfer.

5. Press "transfer" again and the incoming call will be transferred.
